These terms cover your use of herculestates.com and the text messages you may receive from Hercules Estates LLC ("we", "us").
Our website
The information on this site is general. Submitting the form does not create a contract or obligate you or us to anything. Any purchase of a property happens only under a separate written purchase agreement signed by both parties.
Hercules Estates LLC buys properties for its own account. We are not real estate agents or brokers, and we don't give legal, tax or financial advice. You may want to talk with your own attorney or advisor before selling.
Text messaging program
- Program: Hercules Estates LLC property inquiries. We send texts about your property, our offer, scheduling and closing.
- How you join: by checking the consent box on our offer form, or by texting us first.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP, or call (813) 699-0348, or email milton@herculestates.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting an offer or selling to us.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
